Delete your SalesMap account

You can delete your SalesMap account and its data at any time, with or without the app.

In the app

  1. Open SalesMap and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile → Legal → Delete my account.
  3. Confirm. Your account and all your records are deleted at once.

Without the app

Send an email to info@sales-map.net from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What is deleted

  • Your account: email address, display name, preferences and acceptance record.
  • Your Logbook: customers, notes, activity history, daily plans, visit notes and reminder settings.
  • Usage counters and credit balance.

What may be kept for a limited time

  • Backups are overwritten within 30 days.
  • Technical and security logs at our hosting provider are kept for up to 90 days.
  • Billing records are kept for the period required by tax and commercial law (up to 10 years).

Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
