SalesMap Terms of Use

Last updated: 13 October 2026.

1. The agreement

These terms are a contract between you and SalesMap, Ferizli, Sakarya, Türkiye (“SalesMap”, “we”, “us”) for the SalesMap app and website (the “Service”). By creating an account you accept these terms and confirm you have read our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

2. Who may use SalesMap

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. SalesMap is made for professional use: finding businesses, keeping customer records and planning sales visits. If you use it for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

The Service is not offered where Google Maps Platform may not be used, including China, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Vietnam and the occupied regions of Ukraine.

3. Your account

  • Give a working email address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • One person per account. Do not share accounts or create extra accounts to get more free trials or credits.
  • Tell us at info@sales-map.net if you think someone else has used your account.
  • You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Legal → Delete my account) or at https://sales-map.net/en/delete-account. Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription; cancel it in Google Play as well (section 4).

4. Free trial, subscription, credits and limits

Free trial. A new account gets a 7-day trial that starts when you finish your profile. It includes 20 search credits and up to 20 saved customers. No payment details are needed, and the trial ends by itself with no charge.

Subscription. The paid plan (“PRO”) is sold through Google Play. Google Play shows the price in your currency, with any taxes, before you buy. The subscription renews every month until you cancel it.

  • Cancel at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; PRO stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Payments, refunds and billing problems are handled under Google Play’s terms. We do not give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law or Google Play requires it.
  • If we change the price, Google Play tells you in advance and you can cancel before the new price applies.

Credits. PRO includes 75 search credits each monthly period. A new search uses 1 credit; a split-area search uses 4. Loading more results of the same search is free. Unused credits do not carry over to the next period, have no cash value and cannot be transferred. If Google’s service fails and you receive no results, the credit is returned automatically.

Fair-use limits. To keep the Service fair and its costs predictable, daily and monthly limits apply per account, and searches may pause for everyone for the rest of a day if overall capacity is reached. The app tells you when a limit is reached and when it resets. We may adjust limits and will tell you about changes that reduce what your plan includes.

Right of withdrawal (EEA and UK consumers). If you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK, you may withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days of buying it. Because the Service starts at once at your request, you may have to pay for the part you used before withdrawing. To withdraw, use Google Play’s refund request or email us.

5. Acceptable use

Use the Service only for lawful, professional field-sales work. You must not:

  • copy, scrape, export in bulk or build a database from business listings, maps or other content shown from Google Maps, except as Google’s terms allow;
  • resell, sublicense or share the Service or your account, or use it to build a competing product;
  • try to get around credits, limits, the trial rules or security, for example by creating extra accounts, automating requests or reverse-engineering the app;
  • use contact details found through the Service to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages or calls that break anti-spam, e-privacy, telemarketing or do-not-call laws where you or the recipient are;
  • store or upload unlawful content, malware, or personal data you have no right to process;
  • harass people, or use the Service to track individuals rather than businesses;
  • interfere with the Service or other users.

We may suspend or limit an account that breaks these rules, and close it for serious or repeated breaches (see section 9).

Google Maps features. Search, place details and maps in the Service are provided by Google Maps Platform. By using these features you also agree to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service (https://maps.google.com/help/terms_maps/) and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). Google’s attributions shown in the app must not be removed or hidden.

6. Your content and your customers’ data

You own your content. Customer records, notes, visit logs, routes and reports you create (“Your Content”) belong to you. You give us only the permission we need to store, sync, back up and show Your Content to you to run the Service. We do not sell it, use it for advertising or use it to train AI models.

You are responsible for it. You confirm you have a lawful basis to record the people and businesses you add (for example, legitimate interest in B2B sales), that you give them any notice the law requires, and that you answer their requests about their data.

We process it for you. For personal data inside Your Content, you are the controller and we are your processor. We will:

  • process it only to provide the Service and on your documented instructions (these Terms and your use of the app);
  • make sure our staff and sub-processors are bound by confidentiality;
  • apply the security measures described in our Privacy Policy;
  • use sub-processors only under written terms with equivalent protection, and keep the list in the Privacy Policy up to date;
  • help you, as far as reasonably possible, to answer data-subject requests and meet your security and breach-notification duties;
  • tell you without undue delay after we become aware of a personal-data breach affecting Your Content;
  • delete Your Content when you delete it or close your account, except backups that expire on their normal cycle and records we must keep by law;
  • give you the information needed to show compliance with these duties.

This section is intended to meet Article 28 GDPR and UK GDPR and the service-provider rules of US state privacy laws. If your organisation needs a signed data processing agreement, email us.

Export. You can export your customers and reports from the app (CSV/PDF) at any time while your account is active.

7. The Service, our rights and changes

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, by failures at our providers (including Google) or by events outside our control. Search results, business details, ratings and routes come from third parties and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong; check important facts yourself. Route times are estimates; follow traffic rules and road signs.

The app, its design, code, text and brand belong to us or our licensors. These Terms give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app while your account is active. Google Maps content remains Google’s and its licensors’.

We may improve, change or remove features. If a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel.

8. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will meet every need, be error-free or bring any particular sales result.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business or lost data you could have exported, and our total liability for any claim in a 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in that period, or USD 50 if more.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK, you keep the legal guarantee that digital services conform to the contract. Some US states do not allow certain exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.

If you use the Service for business, you will cover us against third-party claims caused by your unlawful use of the Service or of Your Content, to the extent the law allows.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (section 3). Deleting the account does not cancel a Google Play subscription; cancel it in Google Play.

We may suspend or close an account, with notice where reasonable, if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, if the law requires it, or to protect the Service or other users. We may also close accounts that remain unused and unpaid for 12 months, after notice. If we end the Service as a whole, we will give at least 30 days’ notice so you can export your data.

Sections that by their nature should survive (for example 6, 8 and 10) continue after the agreement ends.

10. Law, disputes and changes to these Terms

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country. Business users agree to the courts and enforcement offices of Sakarya, Türkiye.

Talk to us first. Most problems can be solved quickly by email. Please contact us before starting a formal dispute. Consumers in the EEA can also use national consumer bodies and alternative dispute resolution where available.

Changes. We may update these Terms, for example for new features or legal changes. For material changes we will notify you in the app or by email at least 30 days before they apply, unless a change is required sooner by law or is needed for security. If you do not agree, you can stop using the Service and cancel before the change applies. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version.

Other terms. If a part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a right at once, we do not give it up. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them to a successor running the Service, with notice. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the KVKK notice (for users in Türkiye) are the whole agreement about the Service. If there is a conflict between language versions, the English version prevails, except where the law requires otherwise.
