SalesMap early access notice

This notice is for people who leave their email address in the early access form on sales-map.net. For the app itself, our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use apply.

Purpose

We use your email address for two things only:

  • to record your early access request and count how many people are interested in the app;
  • to invite you to the closed test when it starts.

We do not send advertising, newsletters or email for any other purpose.

Data collected

When you send the form, only this is recorded:

  • your email address;
  • the language of the page you sent it from (for example, English) and which page it was (for example, the home page);
  • the time you sent it (UTC).

The form does not record your IP address, sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. You get no automatic email when you send the form; the invitation is sent when the closed test starts.

Retention

The records are deleted 6 months after the app goes live on Google Play. If you want yours deleted earlier, we delete it right away.

Deletion

Write to info@sales-map.net with the email address you want deleted, and we will delete the record.

Sharing

We do not pass your email address on to anyone, sell it or share it. The record is kept in a file on the server that hosts the website, outside the website's public folder.

Cookies

This website and the form use no cookies; there is no analytics or tracking.
